NEW Online Facilities Use Request System

Dear Parents and Community Members,

Effective Monday, September 14th, the Kings Park Central School District will no longer accept paper forms for facility use requests. Moving forward, all facility use requests must be submitted online through Facilities Schedules, provided by Follett Software.

Any facility use requests that were previously submitted will be imported into the new system.
To access Facilities Schedules, please visit the Kings Park Central School District website and navigate to:

Departments → Buildings and Grounds → Building Use Guidelines and Forms

You will need to create a new account in order to submit a facility use request. Once your account has been created, you will be able to use Facilities Schedules to view availability and submit requests to use KPCSD facilities.
