Dear Kings Park Community,

You might recall that a few years ago the school district collaborated with KP Salutes (made up of members of the Kings Park Community) to create a Field of Honor – over 350 American Flags that are placed along 25A in front of Kings Park High School.  We will be placing the flags for Veterans Day this Friday, November 7th at 3:00 p.m.  As the adage goes, “many hands make light work.”  If we have volunteers, the flag placement will take less than an hour.   All students and community members are welcome to assist.  We will assemble at 3:00 p.m. by the main flag pole at the corner in front of Kings Park High School.  Students can earn service credit for their participation.
